NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94-383, Code of Ordinances of
the City of Port Arthur, and 311.001 and 311.007, Transportation Code, is hereby
given that the City Council of the City of Port Arthur will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council
Chambers, Fifth Floor, 444 4th Street, to consider the proposed abandonment of
the following:
A16-01 (KATHY WHITE) For a 0.0074 Acre Of Land Consisting
Of A 2.5' x 114' Portion Of The 7.5' x 114' Utility Easement located
on Lot 11, Block 31, Lakeside Park, Unit 4, City of Port Arthur,
Jefferson County, Texas
A precise drawing and description of the proposed abandonment will be
presented at the Public Hearing and can be examined in the City Planning
Department, City Hall, Port Arthur, Texas.
