A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTOP-NEY TO PURCHASE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 12 OF BLOCK 1, SCHMYSER 3 (ACCOUNT NO. 301-1601-591.81-00) (CIP 909). WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase Lot Block 1, Scb_myser 3. NOW THEREFORE, BE OF PORT ARTHUR= Section 1. 12 of IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY That the facts and opinions in the preamble true and correct. Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Attorney are are herein authorized to take such purchase the property described as Lot 3. Section 3. That the purchase reimbursement for the property shall be Exhibit "A". Section 4. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
