A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
AND THE CITY ATTOP-NEY TO PURCHASE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT LOT 12 OF BLOCK 1, SCHMYSER 3
(ACCOUNT NO. 301-1601-591.81-00) (CIP 909).
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase Lot
Block 1, Scb_myser 3.
