A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR TWO SEPARATE PUBLIC HEARINGS ON A PROPOSED INVOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO CAUSE THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID PUBLIC HEARINGS IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION IN SAID CITY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR: Section 1. That on the 14th day of November, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council Chambers, 444 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas, the City Council will hold a Public Hearing giving all interest persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed involuntary annexation by the City of Port Arthur,Texas, of the area proposed for annexation attached as Exhibit"A"; and on the 21St day of November, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the Port Arthur City Hall Council Chambers, 444 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas, the City Council will hold a second Public Hearing giving all interest persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed involuntary annexation by the City of Port Arthur of the following described property as delineated in substantially the same form as the maps and legal descriptions set forth in Exhibit "A". Section 2.
