The Planning and Zoning Commission met in Regular Session on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 5:30

Engineer; Sentence will read.• N.. The City may waive the Traffic Impact Study for small

Director's discretion."

VII. STAFF REPORT
1. City Manager has approved travel for the Planning and Zoning Commission to attend the Annual
American Planning Association - Texas Chapter Conference in San Antonio, TX;
2. Commissioner Moore's term will expire on October 30, 2016; A resolution is being submitted to
City Council for recommendation and appointment/reappointment to fill the expired term for a
new Five-year term.

Upon the motion by Z. Moore,• seconded by A. LeBlanc and carried unanimous/y, the Planning and
Zoning Commission adjourned its meeting at 6:53 p.m.
