That the zoning designation of the following described tract of
land be and the same is hereby zoned "PD -11", Planned Development -11
District under the provisions of Section 19:

SECTION 3. DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
1. The density, coverage, off-street parking, off-street

otherwise authorized herein or on the Comprehensive Site Plan or
development plan approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. For those uses north of 4th Street where there is an existing
structure, there shall be no off-street parking or off-street loading
required.
3. Noise standards shall be those established for Commercial
Districts for all non -industrial uses and Industrial Districts for
Industrial uses.

The Planning and Zoning Commission met in Regular Session on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 5:35
