RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND/OR REAPPOINTING A MEMBER OR
MEMBERS TO THE CITIZEN' S PIPELINE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
(REQUESTED BY COUNCILMEMBER SWATI)
WHEREAS, the Citizen' s Pipeline Advisory Committee was created
by Resolution No. 93-65 on April 13, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the term of office is three years; and
WHEREAS , there is a need to appoint/reappoint members to the
current Citizen' s Pipeline Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the following persons are the current members of the
Citizen' s Pipeline Advisory Committee:

WHEREAS, Councilmember Swati wishes to appoint
to Director Position 6.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ARTHUR:
Section 1 . That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct .
Section 2 . That the following persons shall therefore be
the members of the Citizen' s Pipeline Advisory Committee:
