The event will be held in conjunction with the Texas Trash-Off, a statewide event that draws tens of thousands of volunteers each year. On Saturday,April 8th , Port Arthur will participate in the Texas Trash-Of '.Volunteers will pick up litter and debris at sites throughout the city.
