A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF AN HP SERVER AND OPERATING SYSTEM HARDWARE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR SECTION 4A ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, the City of Port Arthur Section 4A Economic Development Corporation (the "PAEDC") is in need of upgrading the office computer server and operating system hardware in order to remain compatible with new and updated software; and WHEREAS, the cost for the HP server and operating system hardware is $5,953.39 as per the order summary attached as Exhibit"A". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR: Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct. Section 2. That the PAEDC is herein authorized to purchase an HP server and operating system hardware in the amount of$5,953.39 per the order summary attached as Exhibit"A". Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the City Council.
