VAL TIZENO CHARLOTTE MOSES Texas CITY ATTORNEY KAPRINA FRANK NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the City Council of the City of Port Arthur will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, Fifth Floor, City Hall, 444 Fourth Street, Port Arthur, Texas, for the purpose of considering the Budget for the City of Port Arthur and the Port Arthur Section 4A Economic Development Corporation for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2019. A copy of a summary of the proposed operating budgets for the 2018-2019 fiscal year is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". Citizens shall have the opportunity to provide written and oral comments and to ask questions concerning the entire budget.
