Notice Is Hereby Given That, In Accordance With Chapter 211 Of The Texas Local
Government Code And The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Port Arthur, A Public
Hearing Will Be Held By The City Council On Tuesday, March, 26, 2019 At
6:00 P.M. In The City Council Chambers, 444 Fourth Street, Fifth Floor, Port
Arthur, Texas To Discuss The Following:
Z19-01 [SUP# 234] — Specific Use Permit For Approximately 0.5018 Acres Of
Land, Consisting Of All Of Lots 5 & 6, Block 1, Armstrong Place [A.K.A. 3301 25th
Street], City of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas For The Operation Of An Auto
Storage Or Wrecker Service In A Light Commercial (LC) Zoned District
A Precise Drawing And Description Of This Property Will Also Be Presented At The
Public Hearing And Can Be Examined In The City Planning Department, City Hall, Port
Arthur, Texas.
