Government Code And The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Port Arthur, A Public
Hearing Will Be Held By The City Council On Tuesday, March, 26, 2019 At
6:00 P.M. In The City Council Chambers, 444 Fourth Street, Fifth Floor, Port
Arthur, Texas To Discuss The Following:
Z19-02 [SUP# 233] — Specific Use Permit For Approximately 0.9693 Acres Of
Land, Consisting Of Lots 6,7, And 9, Block 16, Boulevard Terrace [A.K.A. 3189 25th
Street], City of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas For The Operation Of An Auto
Storage Or Wrecker Service In A Light Commercial (LC) Zoned District
A Precise Drawing And Description Of This Property Will Also Be Presented At The
Public Hearing And Can Be Examined In The City Planning Department, City Hall, Port
Arthur, Texas.
