2007/2008 fiscal year.
Section 5. That the City of Port Arthur will not
be charged for any other fees or expenses for said
services.
Section 6. That this agreement may be terminated by
any of the following conditions:
1. mutual agreement of both parties.
2. by either party, upon the failure of the other
party to fulfill the obligations as set forth
herein.
3. by satisfactory completion of all services and
obligations set forth herein.
Section 7. That the termination of this agreement
shall extinguish all rights, duties, obligations and
liabilities of the Truth & Corporation and City under this
agreement.
