Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 551 of the
Government Code that a possible quorum of the City
Council of The City of Port Arthur, Texas will be
attending the City of Port Arthur's Youth Summit on
Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 8:30 a.m., located at Bob
Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Drive, Port Arthur,
TX 77642.
This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council;
therefore, this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas
Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the City Council
will not deliberate, take any official action on any items discussed,
nor will there be meeting minutes for this notice.
