Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Charter Advisory Committee will hold a meeting in
Port Arthur, Texas on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., at Port Arthur City Hall, 5th
Floor Conference Room, 444 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas 77640. This meeting is open to the
public, to discuss and adopt such orders, resolutions or motions, and take direct or indirect
actions as may be necessary, convenient, or desirable with respect to the following matters:
