FOR REPEAT
The Port Arthur Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Mondav, March 3
2008 at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, 5th Floor, 444 Fourth Street, Port Arthur, to
consider the proposed resubdivision or replatting of the subdivision hereinafter indicated on the
described property. According to City records, you are the owner of property within 200' of the
proposed replat and hereby notified according to state requirements. This is not a summons to
appear at the hearing, but if you wish to attend, you will be given full opportunity to be
heard. !f additional information is desired, please contact the Planning Department at (409)
983-8135. The action of the Planning & Zoning Commission will be finall.
