WHEREAS, the. City Council desires to purchase the
property located at 1109 17`hStreet.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THS. CITY COIINCIL OF
THE CITY: OF PORT ARTHDR:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the
preamble are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the City
Attorney are herein authorized to take such necessary steps
as to purchase the-property located at 1109 17`h Street.
Section 3. That the purchase price and cost
reimbursement :for the property shall. be as delineated in
Exhibit "A"
Section 4. That a copy of
