A RESOLIITION CALLING FOR A PIIBLIC HEARING AS
TO CONSIDER DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY (FIRE
STATION) LOCATED AT 32~ STREET AND MEMORIAL
BOIILEVARD (REQIIESTED BY MAYOR PRINCE.)
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to call a public hearing as
to consider the disposition of the property (Fire Station) located
at 32°d Street and Memorial Boulevard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ARTHIIR, TE%AS:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are
true and correct.
Section 2. That a public hearing shall be held at 7:.00
p.m. on Apri1.8, 2008 in the .City Council Chambers, City Hall,
444 4tb Street, Port Arthur, Jefferson County,. Texas, at which
time any interested person may appear and'speak as to the "
disposition of the property (Fire Station) located. at 32nd Street
and Memorial Boulevard.
ction 3. That the City Secretary will cause a notice of
said public hearing to be published in the official newspaper of
the city of, Port Arthur on March. 28, 2008, which is at least ten
(10) days prior to the hearing.
Section 4. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution
be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
