R. 11985 is presented for City Council approval. This resolution approves the 2002 tax rolls, both current and delinquent for the City's property in Orange County. P. R. NO. 11985 JJA: 10/22/02 RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR, ORANGE COUNTY CERTIFIED CURRENT AND DELINQUENT TAX ROLLS FOR THE 2002 TAX YEAR WHEREAS, Lynda Gunstream, Orange County Tax Assessor-Collector has prepared and submitted the 2002 current tax roll for the City of Port Arthur, Orange County, and is attached hereto as "Exhibit A"; and WHEREAS, the Orange County Tax Assessor-Collector has prepared the delinquent tax roll for 2002, which is attached hereto as "Exhibit B". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR: Section 1. Section 2. hereby approved. Section 3. The facts and opinions in the preamble are tree and correct. The current tax rolls as submitted by the Orange County Tax Assessor-Collector are The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Secretary attest to such approval certifications as are approved by the Director of Finance and the City Attorney.
