SLUDGE / WASTE DISPOSAL Veolia can offer innovative solutions to help reduce sludge disposal costs. 10 ASSET MANAGEMENT CORE BUSINESS 11 TRANSITIONING STAFF TO VEOLIA Veolia has four steps for onboarding new employees Once hired, new staff will be provided with orientation and other training, including health and safety training and training on other Veolia management systems 1. VEOLIA INTERVIEWS All staff that wish to continue working at the facility will be given an opportunity to interview with Veolia. Extensive communication with individuals and their families to answer questions and dispel concerns regarding transition. 3. PRE-HIRING SCREENING A screening is conducted following standard industry and employment practices. 4. EMPLOYMENT OFFER Staff willing and able to join Veolia will be provided a formal offer. Union-staff process follows provisions in existing CBA. 2. FAMILY ORIENTATION 12 Capital Program Management ADDED VALUE Having the Operator manage the CPM ensures real world results.
