There is existing Single Family zoning and residences directly PLANNinG AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: The Plnnnlng and Zoning Commission met on Monday, September 23, 2002 and recommended that this request be approved. They felt that with the existing zoning surrounding this property it was unrealistic to expect this to develop as residentiaL They did request that any proposed development face W. Port Arthur Rd.
