OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the revised Civil Statutes and the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Arthur that the City Council of the City of
Port Arthur will hold a Public Hearing 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2002,
in the Port Arthur City Hall Council Chamber, 444 Fourth Street, to consider
the following:

property on three sides. There is existing Single Family zoning and residences directly
PLANNinG AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
The Plnnnlng and Zoning Commission met on Monday, September 23, 2002 and
recommended that this request be approved. They felt that with the existing zoning
surrounding this property it was unrealistic to expect this to develop as residentiaL They
did request that any proposed development face W. Port Arthur Rd.
