A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES V, VI AND VII, SECTION 1 OF THE CITY CHARTER WHEREAS, the City Council approved terms of Agreement with the City Attorney, per Resolution No. 10-077 on February 23, 2010 and amended by Motions approved by City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved terms of Agreement with the City Secretary, per Resolution No. 11-419 on September 20, 2011 and amended by Motions approved by City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Letter of Agreement with the City Manager, per Resolution No. 19-531 on November 18, 2019; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make certain amendments to said agreements consistent with professional wage surveys and employment research for municipal employees as conducted by the Human Resources Division. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR: Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct. Section 2. That the City Council authorizes, the Amendment to Resolution 10-077 as it pertains to the City Attorney, in substantially the same form as denoted in Exhibit"A". Section 3. That the City Council authorizes, the Amendment to Resolution 11-419 as it pertains to the City Secretary, in substantially the same form as denoted in Exhibit"B". s.pr21654 Section 4. That the City Council authorizes, the Amendment to Resolution 19-531 as it pertains to the City Manager, in substantially the same form as denoted in Exhibit"C". Section 5. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
