ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
In addition to direct project and program management, Ardurra provides expert support to the City through procurement review, insurance analysis, bid specifications and contractor selection,
Ike Close-out review, real-time emergency operations support during incidents, financial projections and budgetary impacts of recovery projects. Ardurra has assisted the City in securing
millions of dollars in insurance claims as part of disaster recovery project development and provided expert policy guidance relative to insurance needs following federal support to
repairs to damages.
While these services will not show up on a balance sheet, these services are significant to the overall recovery and long-term protection of the City during post event audits and reviews.
