NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 94-383, Code of Ordinances of the City of
Port Arthur, and 311.001 and 311.007, Transportation Code, is hereby given that the City
Council of the City of Port Arthur will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at
6:00 p.m. via Telephonic & Videoconference, to consider the proposed abandonment of the
following:
A21-03 (Port Of Port Arthur) For 1.351-Acre Of Land Consisting Of
Portions Of The Railroad Avenue And Fifth Street Rights-Of-Way Adjacent To
Block 105, City Of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas
A precise drawing and description of the proposed abandonment will be presented at the
Public Hearing and can be examined in the City Development Services Department, Port
Arthur, Texas. The public will also be able to view the Public Hearing via the City's website
at www.portarthurtx.gov. Any person may participate in the Public Hearing and address the
