RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY SECRETARY'S
PAY RATE AFTER SATISFACTORY COMPLETION
OF THE SlX (6) MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD
WHEREAS, the City Secretary, Ms. Evangeline Green, satisfactorily completed her six-
(6) month probationary period on November 30, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City's Personnel Policy, the City Secretary is entitled to
step movement after satisfactory completion oftbe probationary period.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ARTHUR:
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Secretary's salary is hereby set at Salary Range 55, Step
of the City's Wage and Compensation Plan.
Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes
of the City Council.
