!n response to our phone conversation yesterday, I am writing to request a 6 month extension to the
December 31, 2008 deadline for construction to be completed on these 2 homes.
The Texas Department of Housing and. Community Affairs released the loan documents for these two
homeowners this month. Construction can not begin until the loan documents have been executed: The
loan closings are scheduled for November 12°i.
If there is anything else you need, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you for all of your help.
