WHOLESALE REFUSE COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS (a) For Commercial Customers who commit and do bring in at least 5,000 cubic yards per month, the following policies shall apply: (1) The refuse disposal rate shall be as follows: (a)(i) 5,000 to 10,000 cubic yards per month for non-compacted material: $5.50 per cubic yard (ii) 5,000 to 10,000 cubic yards per month for compacted material: $6.20 per cubic yard (b)(i) more than 10,000 cubic yards per month for non-compacted material: $4.50 per cubic yard (ii) more than 10,000 cubic yards per month for compacted material: $5.90 per cubic yard (2) The City will determine the volume of each load based on truck-mounted packer body capacity, capacity of roll-off boxes, or capacity of other delivery methods. (3) The City will, consistent with its landfill permit, endeavor to change its gate times through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as to accommodate to the maximum extent possible the expected usage of the landfill by commercial customers. (4) City will provide documented/identified gate tickets at the end of each day to customer. (5) The company will pay for each day's business on the next business day, or on a weekly or monthly billing schedule as may be arranged with the City Manager or his designee. z.po5316 3
