the City Council, with the excep~on that members of the city staff may leave their seats during a rneeting without first obtaining fihe
permission of the Presiding Officer. . ~

Warning. AI! persons shall, at the request of the Presiding Officer, be silent.. - ~
Removal. If, after receiving a warning from the Presiding Qfficer, a person persists in disturbing the meeting, such officer may order him to
remove himself.from the meeting. If he does not remove himself, the Presiding Officer may order the Sergeant-At-Arms to remov~ him.
Resisting R~emoval. Any person who resists removal by the Sergeant-At-Arms shatl be charged with violating V.T.C.A., Penal Code 42.05.
Motions to ertforce. Any Councilmember may move to require the Pres'rding 4fficer to enforce this division, and the affirmative vote of a
