WHEREAS, the City desires to ;purchase the property as
° described in Exhibit "A"
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT ARTAIIR: '
Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct.
Section 2. That. the City Manager and the City Attorney are
herein authorized to take such necessary steps as to purchase the
property (house and land) described as Lot 10, Block 24, BRICE
ADDITION,(708 Abe Lincoln Avenue).
Section 3. That a copy of..the caption of this Resolution
be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
READ, ADOPTED AND APPROVED on this day of
