(PROJECT# CIP909, ACCOUNT.NO. 303-1601-591.81-00) , WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase the property as _I described in Exhibit."A". NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHIIR: Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct. Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Attorney are herein authorized to take. such necessary steps as to purchase the property (vacant land) described as 'N 28' of S 56' of Lots 5-8, Block 5, SCHMYSER 3 ADDITION (607 GRANNIS AVENUE). Section 3. That a copy of the caption of this Resolution. be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
