THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PURCHASE LOT 1, BLOCK 5,
SCHMYSER 3 ADDITION (WEST 6T" STREET)-AND TO
EXECUTE THE CLOSING DOCUMENTS (PROJECT# CIP909,

WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase the property as
described in Exhibit "A".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

Section 1." That the facts-and opinions in the preamble
are true and correct.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Attorney are
herein authorized. to take such necessary steps as to purchase the
N property (vacant land on West 6th Street) described as Lot 1,. Block
5, SCHMYSER 3 ADDITION.
Section 3. .That, a copy of the caption of this Resolution
be spread upon the Minutes of the City Council.
