Our grant has been budgeted for the LEASE of a van. The Executive Officer of the grant has decided it would be more economical to purchase the van. The difference in the price for LEASING and PURCHASING will not move the grant out of the 10% rule. I need your decision on this ntatter as soon as possible. The Executive Officer wants to purchase the van within the next week. Your promp~ answer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Wanda Gant.
