O. Box 1089 Port Arthur, TX 77642, Dear Mr. Fitzgibbons, c ~q ~~~~~~1> ~"~~.~,. ~Z~09 ~~F~S OFF~C F As you already know, SETIO's funds for Rita Recovery are depleted. Our partner, Lutheran Social Services, has withdrawn from the project citing lack of funds to continue. Our efforts to raise money for Rita affected homes have fallen short of that necessary to complete the Port Arthur Recovery Project. Only 14 homes remain. Most are in progress and partially completed. I have attached a list of these homes including the funds already spent and the funds necessary for completion. I am in hopes that the City might help us to find the funds to complete these homes. Can you help?
