PROPOSED LOCATION -THOMAS BOULEVARD & HOUSTON AVENUE CURRENT STATION #3 2232 CANAL ST. •Constructed in 1961 •Approximately 5,600 square feet •One Engine Company staffed with three personnel •One boat, no tow vehicle •No diesel exhaust system, one male oriented restroom, limited door clearance for apparatus. PROPOSED LOCATION –RAY ST & 61ST. ST. NEXT STEPS •Finalize locations •Initiate station design process •Identify and meet construction funding levels •Identify contractor and approve station construction •Open the relocated stations up Questions ?
