A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NEW MEMBERS TO THE PORT ARTHUR YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 15th day of October, 2002, created a youth commission; and WHEREAS, the City Council has made appointments as delineated in Exhibit mA"; and WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint new members to this Youth Advisory Council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT A~TRD~= Section 1. true and correct. Section 2. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are That the City Council herein approves the new appointments (replacements) to the Port Arthur Youth Council of the persons as delineated in the attached Exhibit mB, with their terms to end on April 1, 2005.
