as to add subsection (3) to Section 86-116 to the Code of
Ordinances as it pertains Multiple-Unit Service. Jeff Hayes

Dear Mr. McMahen:
Due to cost, space and health reasons we are electing to use a trash compactor instead of
an open container. According to the City Ordinance Chapter 86, Article 3, Section 86-79,
ifa service is not provided by the city, one would be able to use a commercial hauler.
Please, arrange for our three commercial containers to be picked-up on the morning of
Thursday, April 3, 2003 and pro-rate our bill according to the number of service days
during that billing cycle, lhank you for your help in this matter.
Sincerely,
Jeff Hayes
