The air cascade system and the Dive Rescue Vehicle are integrated to meet water operation requirements, with a total purchase cost not to exceed $318,644.63. Background: The Port Arthur Fire Department provides dive and water rescue operations to approximately 60 square miles of water, including the coast, marshes, and freshwater lakes. This Dive Rescue Vehicle replaces a 1996 utility van currently being used for dive and water rescue response purposes to which the replacement has a projected lifespan of 15 years. The new vehicle will increase operation capability, reliability, safety, and deployment efficiency when water rescue or recovery events occur. The proposed Dive Rescue Vehicle has increased capacity for the weight of necessary dive water rescue equipment and the ability to tow a boat during response. Additional funds are available through a budget adjustment. The addition of these components in the initial purchase is a small investment with a return over the 15-year lifespan of the Dive Rescue Vehicle. The photos will be taken every two -three weeks as production allows and posted to a private website designed only for the Fire Department to view. These photos will allow the Department to view the manufacturing process of the truck and possibly detect things that they may want changed earlier in the production process. 10003-0004 26 02/10/22 II Exhibit A " 2022 F-750 Diesel Regular Cab Base (F7D) MSRP: $83,750.00 Price Level: 215 Your Price: $75,750.00 Price Excludes Tranportation • 2711, ,-_1 All1111k Ala Client Proposal Prepared by: BOB PIERCE Office: 816-380-3251 Date: 02/15/2022 C(?°-271.Y__D Max Ford of Harrisonville 12502 Cantrell Road, Harrisonville, Missouri, 647014408 Office: 816-380-3251 I Fax: 816-380-2875 1 Prepared by: BOB PIERCE 02/15/2022 Max Ford of Harrisonville 12502 Cantrell Road Harrisonville Missouri 1647014408 2022 F-750 Diesel Regular Cab Base (F7D) Price Level: 215 Selected Equip & Specs Dimensions * Exterior length: 350.0" * Cab to axle: 150.0" • Exterior width: 96.7" • Exterior height: 94.3" * Wheelbase: 224.0"* Rear track: 72.8" • Front legroom: 41.4" Front track: 81.3" • Rear tire outside width: 96.0" • Front headroom: 40.7" • Front hiproom: 67.6" • Front shoulder room: 68.0" Powertrain * 330hp 6.7L OHV 32 valve intercooled turbo V-8 • Recommended fuel : diesel engine with diesel direct injection • federal • 6 speed automatic transmission with overdrive • Rear-wheel drive • Fuel Economy Cty: N/A • Fuel Economy Highway: N/A • 50.0 gal. rectangular Left front fuel tank • Fuel/water separator • Standard rear differential • Right mounted horizontal muffler • Right mounted horizontal tailpipe Suspension/Handling • Front non-independent leaf spring suspension • Rear rigid axle leaf spring suspension • Hydraulic power-assist re-circulating ball Steering • Front and rear 22.5 x 8.25 wheels • 11.0R22.5 AS front and rear tires • Dual rear wheels • Rubber auxiliary rear springs Body Exterior • 2 doors • Driver and passenger, manual folding door mirrors • Black door mirrors • Black bumpers • Side steps • Clearcoat paint • Straight front bumper ends • Hood mounted grille * Front and rear 22.5 x 8.25 polished aluminum • 2 front tow hook(s) wheels with 10 wheel studs Convenience • Manual air conditioning • Cruise control with steering wheel controls * Power front windows * Driver and passenger 1-touch up * Driver and passenger 1-touch down * Remote power door locks with 2 stage unlock and illuminated entry • Manual tilt steering wheel • Manual telescopic steering wheel • Wireless phone connectivity • Front cupholders • Passenger visor mirror • Dual electric horn • Automatic gearshift steering column lever * Driver and passenger door bins Prices and content availability as shown are subject to change and should be treated as estimates only.Actual base vehicle, package and option pricing may vary from this estimate because of special local pricing, availability or pricing adjustments not reflected in the dealer's computer system.See salesperson for the most current information. 9 Prepared by: BOB PIERCE 02/15/2022 Max Ford of Harrisonville 2502 Cantrell Road Harrisonville Missouri 647014408 2022 F-750 Diesel Regular Cab Base (F7D) Price Level: 215 Selected Equip & Specs (cont'd) • Upfitter switches Seats and Trim • Seating capacity of 2 • Fixed driver seat • Fixed passenger seat • Driver and passenger armrests • Bucket driver seat, Bucket passenger seat • Driver seat folding back, passenger seat fixed back • Low back seats • Driver seat with 4 way direction control, passenger seat with 2 way direction control • Manual fore/aft seats Entertainment Features • AM/FM stereo radio • Auxiliary audio input • Steering wheel mounted radio controls • 2 speakers • Streaming audio • Fixed antenna Lighting, Visibility and Instrumentation • Halogen aero-composite headlights • Delay-off headlights • Auto on/off headlights • Variable intermittent front windshield wipers • Speed sensitive wipers • Light tinted windows • Front reading lights • Tachometer • Oil pressure gauge • Oil temperature gauge • Trip computer • Trip odometer • RNDM Safety and Security • 4-wheel ABS brakes • Hill hold control • Hydraulic disc brakes • ABS traction control • Power remote door locks with 2 stage unlock * Security system with stolen vehicle tracking and panic alarm system Dimensions General Weights *Curb 10,536 lbs. The vehicle has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating(GVWR) rating of 14,000-16,000, classified as a Medium chassis. GVWR limits the amount of equipment and ability to tow a boat to support response. The vehicle was purchased as a shell and retrofitted with fabricated interior storage compartments. The existing unit has restricted exterior storage, which is a limitation during operations. f i ;,- , iii . : lli _......- • ° ,~ .SAY + ..1 }r I v.
