It will air for two weeks beginning tomorrow (ending on May 6th) on the following schedule: Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday: 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. 4-28/5-5 4-29/5-6 4-24/5-1 4-25/5-2 (No Wednesday schedule due length of Council meeing tapes.) Saturday & Sunday: 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. 4-26/5 -3 4-27/5-4 We will get the schedule posted to text messaging on Ch. 4 as well. L.D. Ray asked if we could include a note saying that the tape is available for purchase from him for $25 (with $5 of each sale going to the Red Cross to support the l~oops). I told him ][ wasfft sure if we could post that or not. I don't know whether (or how much) he was paid to do the taping. If we didn't pay much this would be a way of helping him out. Let me know what you think. BTW - I spoke with Gary Underwood again regarding the new display software for text messaging on Ch. 4. He said they are still trying to work something out and that he spoke with you about it. As mentioned before, this would clear oat some office space here at the library & improve work flow (placing the function in the office of the person who is n:taintaining it) in addition to providing a superior presentation. I'll contact him again next week to see if anything is happening. Ray 4/24/2003
