Notice Is Hereby Given That, In Accordance With Chapter 211 Of The Texas Local
Government Code And The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Port Arthur, A Public Hearing
Will Be Held By The City Council On Tuesday, April 26, 2022 At 10:00 A.M. To Discuss

Z22-01 — Specific Use Permit For Approximately 11.820-Acres Of Land Consisting Of Tract 7-A,
Block 3, Range "G", Port Arthur Land Company Subdivision, And A Portion Of The Ippolito Addition
(1645 Jefferson Drive), City Of Port Arthur, Jefferson County, Texas
A Precise Drawing And Description Of This Property Will Also Be Presented At The Public Hearing
And Can Be Examined In The City Planning Department, City Hall, Port Arthur, Texas.
