Background… February 18, 2022 –Application for zoning change submitted to Planning Division. A public hearing was held by the Planning and Zoning Commission for April 4, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. Public Notice was mailed and published in the Port Arthur Newspaper. The Planning Commission voted 3:0 recommending approval of said request. On April 26, 2022, City Council approved Resolution No. 22-184, calling for a public hearing. Notification was mailed to adjacent property owners, as well as published in the Port Arthur Newspaper.
