Notice is hereby given in accordance with the revised Civil Statutes and the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Port Arthur, that the City Council of the City of Port Arthur
;vill hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Port Arthur

for a cellular telephone provider (Verizon).
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

recommended that this request be approved. They felt that the proposed use would not be
detrimental to this area which has mixed uses and is zoned Heavy Commercial
