The acreage is approximately 3.400 acres and the property is located (north of 39thStreet and east of F.M. Highway 366 (Atlantic Road). The zoning is still "SF" but will be changed for a planned development to accommodate a bed and breakfast inn. The acreage is approximately 3.400 acres and the property is located (north of 39th Street and east of F.M. Highway 366 (Atlantic Road). ROLL CALL -Chairman, Richard Cox convened the meeting at 5:36p.m. Commissioners present: Inell Moore, Richard Cox and Norris Simon (Quorum Present). Ms. Alma LeBlanc arrived at approximately 5:40 p.m. Staff present: Ronald Burton, assistant planning director and Paul Brown, senior planner. PUBLIC HEARING II. R09-19 -REPEAT APPROVAL REQUEST FOR -TRACT 7-A REPEAT OF 0 3435 ACRES OF LAND REPEAT OF ALL OF LOTS 7 & 8. BLOCK 15. R09-19 AND R09-20 Ms. Moore asked if Mr. Brown was in fact the owner of said property referenced in R09-20 or is it owned by the Port Arthur Independent School District.
