July 13, 2022 –Application for zoning change submitted to the Planning Division.
July 30 , 2022 –Public Notice published in Port Arthur Newspaper/notification sent to adjacent property owners within 200 ft.
A public hearing was held by the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 15, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.
The Planning Commission voted 4:0 recommending approval of said request.
On August 30, 2022, City Council approved Res. No. 22-39, calling for a public hearing.
September 10, 2022 –Public Notices was published in the Port Arthur Newspaper for today’s meeting/notifications were mailed to adjacent property owners within 200 ft.
