The acreage is approximately 3.400 acres and the property is located (north of 39`''Street and east of Highway 366 (Atlantic Road). The proposed zoning PD- NS (planned development for neighborhood services) is to accommodate a bed and breakfast inn with minimal "NS" uses so as not to infringe on the residential setting of the subdivision. Notices were sent out in compliance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 211 and 212 as well as the publication was done more than 15 days prior to the public hearing. However, this meeting the continued case was mentioned for August 17, 2009 so no new notices went out.
