An additional $220,367 is requested to increase the appropriation in the Capital Reserve Fund
for the replacement of vehicles under the master equity lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet
Management, Inc. There will be no effect on fund balance. The unspent balance of$243,124
set aside for the lease program in FY2022 was rolled over as part of fund balance.
Background: The FY 22-23 budget was approved on September 1, 2022. This is the first
amendment requested for this budget year.
