BuildUp 3D is an amazing collaborative real estate venture that was formed from different real estate professionals that each brought their expertise, and a shared passion for innovation in real estate with a vision to provide attainable, sustainable, durable and affordable housing for all. WHAT IS A 3D PRINTED HOME? A 3D PRINTED HOME IS A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTED BY 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY. THE 3D PRINTER USES A CAD DRAWING TO CREATE A HOME BY GRADUALLY PRINTING THE HOME WITH A CONCRETE MIXTURE IN LAYERS. Why is this the best option for the Golden Triangle area? 3D printed homes are durable and can stand up better against a hurricane than other homes. Our concrete mix has been tested and proven to stand up against 120mph winds Why do WE want to build in the Golden Triangle? Our heart is here!!! They say, “Home is where the heart is!” and a few of us call this area home, born and raised, with family still in the area. So, we take pride is bringing innovative and creative real estate projects here. Several of us came to this area and helped with the clean up from Harvey. We mixed our blood, sweat and tears with this community as we piled people’s lives and all of their belongings onto the curb and came back through and removed thousands of pounds of wet moldy sheetrock out of what used to be a family sanctuaries WE WANT TO BRING A BETTER SOLUTION SO NO ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN! McElroy Estates We are excited to do business in the Golden Triangle Our vision is to develop a community of 46 houses that we have names McElroy Estates We look forward to partnering with local trades to create this new and innovative community We can’t wait to provide an affordable community to help boost the economy and encourage local families to buy instead of rent McElroy Estates This community will have 3 bedroom 2 bathroom homes with 2 car garages These homes will be durable, beautiful, innovative and affordable Our plan is to build them between 1200-1500 sq feet with an attainable sales price of only 200k-230k What would we like to move forward? We would like access to a building where we can print the walls and let them cure. Ideally it would include: 35-50k sq ft 20-25’ ceiling clearance 10’ rollup door We are looking forward to being the solution for safe durable affordable housing
