In accordance with Chapter 98, Article III, Section 98-153, the Commission shall render a decision within 30 days of receipt of the plat from the director of Planning, together with a recommendation and in compliance with the applicable requirements of V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, Sections 212.014 thru 212.016.
