Treatment Plant Lift Station(2901 W Hwy 365)
Comment

Resolution No. 23313 which authorizes the City Manager to accept the amendment
to Resolution No. 23-288 for damages to Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station

Background:
On November 16, 2022, sewage pump number four (4) was damaged by a large

evaluated the damage on April 27, 2023, offering an estimate for restoration,
service and remodeling in the amount of $382,729.86, less the property damage
deductible of$5,000.00, making final payment$377,729.86.
Budgetary/Fiscal Effect:
The funds will be deposited into the City's Water Fund Account, HINWS.
Staffing/Employee Effect:
None
