A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND/OR REAPPOINTING A MEMBER OR MEMBERS TO THE CITIZEN'S PIPELINE ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS,the Citizen's Pipeline Advisory Committee was created by Resolution No. 93-65 on April 13, 1993; and WHEREAS, the term of office is three years; and WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint/reappoint members to the current Citizen's Pipeline Advisory Committee; and WHEREAS, the following persons are the current members of the Citizen's Pipeline Advisory Committee: Director Position: Name of Director: Term Expires Position 1 Gerald Hatch September 12, 2026 Position 2 Charlotte Moses September 12, 2026 Position 3 Marc DeRouen September 12, 2026 Position 4 vacant Position 5 Matthews Christian September 12, 2026 Position 6 Bobby Pickney November 21, 2026 Mayor vacant WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint Director Positions that have expired and are vacant. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR: s.pr23511 Section 1. That the facts and opinions in the preamble are true and correct. Section 2.
