Establishes a standard for analysis, design, and construction
Provides sustainable community growth
Intended to support the Master Drainage Plan and Drainage Regulations
Manual delivered to the City in January of 2023
Recommend adopting final version into city ordinance

System Inventory Database
Contains a complete inventory of all drainage assets within the City of Port Arthur
Contains sizing, details, and specifications
Electronic, living database maintainable by City staff
Can be shared and accessed between departments to better coordinate growth and maintenance
Database delivered to the City in November of 2023
