The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) met to conduct a public hearing on December 4, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. The Planning Commission voted 5:0 recommending approval of said request. On November 28, 2023, -City Council approved Res. No. 23-514, calling for a public hearing. December 30, 2023 -Notification was published in the Port Arthur Newspaper and mailed to adjacent property owners on January 9, 2023.
